Terms
Terms of use
Typesetter is published by High5 Labs LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Using the app means agreeing to what is below.
The license
You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use Typesetter on the devices your Apple Account allows, under Apple's own Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs anything this page does not.
The purchase
The unlock is a single non-consumable purchase, made through the App Store. It is a universal purchase: buying it on either platform unlocks both. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policy rather than by us.
Your documents
Your documents are yours. They are plain files in folders you chose, and we never receive them, store them or transmit them. We claim no rights of any kind over anything you write.
What the app does not promise
The app is provided as it is. It is a writing tool and not a backup system: keep backups of your work the way you would for any other files. To the extent the law allows, High5 Labs LLC is not liable for lost work, lost data or lost time.
Changes
These terms may change as the app does. The version in force is the one on this page, and material changes will be called out in the app's release notes.
Governing law
North Carolina law governs these terms.
